About these terms
CDL A Prep: Tests & Pre-Trip is an independent study aid for Android, iPhone and iPad. These terms describe its educational purpose, use guidelines and limitations.
The Android app is published by Capital Central Services, LLC (support: info@mocoitpros.com). The iOS app is published by Tymur Chmeruk (support: cougars_islands_00@icloud.com).
Educational use
Use the app for self-study alongside your current official CDL manual, qualified instruction and practice on your actual vehicle. It is not affiliated with FMCSA, a DMV/MVA, or another licensing or testing authority.
The app does not provide a license, certification, required Entry-Level Driver Training or an official test result. Practice questions are study material, not an official examination bank. Scores, completed maneuvers and knowledge markers do not guarantee exam readiness or a passing result.
Practice safely
Use the app only when safely parked or away from vehicle operation. Do not interact with it while driving or operating machinery. Follow your instructor’s and examiner’s directions and applicable traffic and safety rules.
Pre-trip scripts are study prompts, not proof that an inspection has been completed. Vehicle equipment, air-pressure specifications, inspection procedures and test layouts vary. Check the current official manual and manufacturer instructions for your actual vehicle, and practice with qualified supervision.
The yard trainer is a low-speed educational approximation. It does not reproduce physical steering feel, mirror views, complete tire and road dynamics or official test scoring. Contacts and pull-ups are practice feedback. Custom trainer settings are not calibrated vehicle specifications.
Availability and corrections
No account, subscription or in-app purchase is required. The app may display advertising. Study content works offline; advertising, privacy messages and external links require a network connection. An unavailable ad does not prevent practice.
Requirements, translated wording and study materials may change or contain errors. Confirm current information with your licensing agency and instructor. To report a suspected error, include the topic and the question or card text when contacting the publisher.
Photos, diagrams and source credits are provided with the relevant study material. Contact the publisher to report a rights concern.
iOS license
For the iPhone and iPad app, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the app license. These educational use guidelines accompany that agreement.
